MSA Group is a south African Company expanding to Vancouver BC. They are an exploration company for mining. The building is 12 500 square feet, with 2000 square feet being rental space. The staff includes Geologists, Geochemists, Mineral Sorters and Technicians. The age group for this project is 25 to 55 who are highly educated businessmen. Going for a design that is modern yet classic to fulfill the needs of the clients various ages.
